We use 152 kinds of Japanese vegetables, fruits, seaweeds, and etc., and adopt an advanced technique using "yeast" for fermentation.We do not use any artificially cultivated yeast. Instead, we use diverse plant bacteria through “polymerized fermentation” process by using non-heating method.
