Beneficial bacteria that inhabit
“HINOKIDARU”are required when using the traditional method to ferment vegetables and fruits. Such“HINOKIDARU”are inhabited by yeast and lactic acid bacteria which are beneficial bacterial necessary to generate active enzyme.

How to Drink
Please control the dosage to about 1 to 2 cups a day.
